Hi I'm Dana!

I used to be like you. As a wife, mother, and woman working in a high-stress job in the corporate world, I tried to be the person in control who took care of everything and everyone. I never made time for my well-being and I ended up suffering for it: panic attacks, insomnia, and digestive problems. Then I started experiencing severe pain that ran down my right leg and I could no longer sit at my desk and do my job that I'd been at for over 20 years without suffering. 

My body told me I HAD to start taking care of myself or I'd have chronic health issues for the rest of my life. I decided to study yoga, holistic nutrition, and meditation. My body and my mind began to shift into an ease I have never experienced before, and my pain was gone! Now, I teach women over 45 how to reduce their stress, calm their minds, and take care of their bodies so they can make the most of their third act in life.
