You give and give until there's nothing left to give. The people you love can always count on you. But who is there for you?
You can't keep giving like you have an unlimited supply of energy, because you don't. You HAVE to replenish yourself and care for yourself so that you can fully be there for those you love.
What's behind the name: Third Act Wellness?
If the first act of life is about education and youthful exuberance, and the second act mostly about career and family, the third act of life is about the pursuit of wisdom, self-actualization, and leaving some kind of legacy. Founded in 2021 by Dana Leipold, yoga teacher, wellness coach, and holistic nutritionist, Third Act Wellness teaches women over 45 how to reduce their stress, calm their minds, and take care of their bodies in their third act of life so they can be there for the people they love and share their gifts with a world in need.

How We Help You
Third Act Wellness is also all about keeping things simple...because life's complicated enough! When you work with us, we focus on four areas of your health and wellness: Nourish: eat nutrient-rich, whole foods and feed your mind with positivity. Relax: allow your body and mind to rest and restore. Move: do low-intensity activities every day. Connect: spend time in community with people you love. |
